Egg rolls are a child hood favourite of mine,  in fact, I still get excited by the sight of them even now. They are popular across the ages and I have not met anyone who said ” I hate egg rolls” 🙂 You can easily find these little delights already packaged in small boxes from Asian groceries. Better still, you can whip up egg rolls in no time with basic ingredients from your very own pantry: rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, black and white sesame seeds, eggs, butter and vanilla. There are special moulds designed for making egg rolls, some with elaborate pattern turning out beautiful rolls. If you don’t own one of those like me, a sandwich presser with flat surface works just fine.

Bánh kẹp cuốn là một trong những món quà vặt quen thuộc dễ dàng tìm thấy trên các gánh hàng rong. Cũng như nhiều các loại quà bánh Việt Nam khác, bánh kẹp cuốn được làm từ những nguyên liệu rất đổi giản dị và gần gũi như bột gạo, nước cốt dừa, mè đen, mè trắng, trứng và vani.
